SHIPPING/DELIVERY OF ORDERS
When do you ship?
Our current order processing times are 1-3 business days.
LOCAL ORDERS
If you are local to Bemidji or the surrounding area, you can choose free local pick up at checkout. Once your order is ready I will text you with a day/time for pick up.
RETURNS
At this time I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. We always do our best to make sure you are 100% happy with your products, reach out to me if you have any problems with your order!
DAMAGED ITEMS
Your White Spruce Candle order is packaged with the best of care. If your order does arrive broken or damaged, please snap a photo of it right away and send it to me at whitesprucecandles@gmail.com I will do my best to accommodate your situation.
