Refund policy

We currently do not accept returns. We are so sure you will love your new candles, wax melts, and room sprays that we know you won't even want to return them! However, if your order arrives damaged, please let me know right away! Just snap a few photos of the damage and email me at whitesprucecandles@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your package. I’ll do my very best to make things right and accommodate your situation.
